2. I only eat one meal a day and still cant lose weight.

A. No good I was told your body will think your starving it and will shut down your Metabolism. Its better if you eat 3 small meals instead of one big meal.

3.Do I need to take Vitamins when I diet.

A.  Vitamins and mineral supplements are a good idea when you're on a diet, and never start a diet without checking with your physician.

4. What is Hoodia Gordonii

A. Hoodia gordonii is the plant found throughout the dry arid regions of  Southwestern Africa that has a natural appetite suppressing effect that the local natives have been using for years.

5. Do I need to attend meetings.

A. In my opinion its good idea its not a must but remember in a group setting you have more support and you can get diet tips from other people. You can even do that online with many weight loss programs.
